We collect information you provide when creating or using an AIFT account, such as your name, email address, account role, profile details, education or employment information, messages, applications, learning activity, support requests and content you choose to upload.
We may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure AIFT, including device and browser details, IP address, login sessions, usage events and security records.
2. Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, AIFT receives the basic information you approve, normally your name, email address and Google profile image. We use this information only to identify and securely connect you to your AIFT account. AIFT does not receive your Google password.
3. How we use information
- Provide, personalize and maintain AIFT services.
- Authenticate accounts and protect users from fraud or unauthorized access.

4. How information is shared
Information may be visible to other users when you intentionally publish it on a profile, post, application or community feature. We may share necessary information with schools, employers, instructors, agents or service providers when you request or authorize the related service.
We use trusted infrastructure and service providers to host the frontend, backend, database, files, email and authentication. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
5. Data security and retention
AIFT uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing, access controls and authenticated sessions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for platform operations, security, dispute handling and legal compliance.
6. Your choices and rights
You may update applicable profile and account information through AIFT settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance or legitimate recordkeeping.
7. Children and student accounts
Student information must be provided and used with appropriate school, parent or guardian authorization where required by applicable law. AIFT does not knowingly invite children to create unauthorized independent accounts.
8. International processing
AIFT users and service providers may be located in different countries. By using the platform, information may be processed where AIFT or its providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when AIFT services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
